Brahma Kumaris Silicon Valley took part in the day on the Bay - Celebrating Wellness of Communities and Wetlands in Alviso, California. Attendees eagerly engaged in activities highlighting how meditation, especially Rajyoga, can empower individuals mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
