At the NAARI Awards on March 15, 2024, Sister Kusum was recognized and honored by Mrs. Prathima Reddy, the esteemed spouse of the Indian Consul General, for her pivotal role in promoting empowerment, her exceptional leadership and significant contributions to positive community change.
The event was hosted by the Association of Indo Americans and the Consul General of India in San Francisco jointly to honor women leaders, icons and achievers. Esteemed women from various sectors were celebrated for their extraordinary achievements, serving as an inspiration through their significant contributions. The event featured Mrs. Prathima Reddy as chief guest, with a notable panel including Honorable Santa Clara County Supervisor Susan Ellenberg and Dr. Anjali Gulati, MD, FACC, President of AAPIO.
