Chocolate Banana Mini Cake

Chocolate banana mini cake is the perfect way to use up ripe bananas | Serve 2

INGREDIENTS:

    • 2 Overripe bananas
    • 1/2 cup wheat flour
    • 1/4 cup moong flour
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/3 cup Cocoa powder
    • 1/2 cup flour(maida)
    • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 1/3 tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions:

      • Sieve and combine all dry ingredients (all purpose flour + moong flour + wheat flour + cocoa powder + sugar + baking powder + baking soda + salt )
      • In a separate bowl mash bananas and add sugar, milk, and butter
      • Whisk the mixture until smooth and fold dry ingredients to it.
      • Put the batter in small-sized silicon molds and tap to escape air bubbles
      • Preheat the oven to 350F. Bake for 30 min.
