Jowar Choco Chip Cake is easy to make and perfectly healthy
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup jowar (white millet) flour

4 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup yogurt
-
1/2 cup milk
-
½ cup brown sugar
-
3 tbsp melted butter
-
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
-
4 tbsp baking choco chips
-
Instructions:

Sieve and combine all dry ingredients (jowar flour + cocoa powder + baking powder )

Mix melted butter, sugar, yogurt, and milk
-
Add vanilla essence
-
Mix dry ingredients into wet and add choco chips
-
Put the batter in greased container and tap to escape air bubbles
-
Preheat the oven to 350F. Bake for 30 minutes

Check with the toothpick, if the toothpick comes out clean then the cake is done
-
Let it cool . Enjoy!
