Easy, Healthy Sugar Free Nutty Bars. Kids and adults will LOVE them!
INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup almonds

1 cup oats

1/2 cup pecans

1/4 cup flaxseed powder

1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
-
2 tbsp sesame seeds

1/2 cup walnuts
-
1 cup dates(10-12)

1 cup milk

Instructions:

Microwave dates soaked in milk for 2 minutes and blend after it cools down

Roast all nuts and oats
-
Chop walnuts and pecans
-
Grind almonds, pumpkin seeds coarse and grind oats finely
-
Mix everything and line the mixture on parchment paper and refrigerate for 1 hour

Cut into pieces and enjoy healthy bars

Note: To make vegan: do not add milk, instead add more dates or honey for binding.
