Sugar free Nutty Bars (Kids special)

Easy, Healthy Sugar Free Nutty Bars. Kids and adults will LOVE them!

INGREDIENTS:

    • 3/4 cup almonds
    • 1 cup oats
    • 1/2 cup pecans
    • 1/4 cup flaxseed powder
    • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
    • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1/2 cup walnuts
    • 1 cup dates(10-12)
    • 1 cup milk

Instructions:

        • Microwave dates soaked in milk for 2 minutes and blend after it cools down
        • Roast all nuts and oats
        • Chop walnuts and pecans
        • Grind almonds, pumpkin seeds coarse and grind oats finely
        • Mix everything and line the mixture on parchment paper and refrigerate for 1 hour
        • Cut into pieces and enjoy healthy bars
Note: To make vegan: do not add milk, instead add more dates or honey for binding.
