No white sugar | Lentil flour | Sweet Level - Mild | 2tbsp Oil only
Ingredients:
For Cake :

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup moong flour (yellow lentil)

1/2 cup cocoa powder
-
2 cups brown sugar
-
1/8 cup of oil
-
1 tsp baking powder
-
1/2 tsp of baking soda
-
2 medium-sized grated zucchini
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
3/4 cup hot water
For Frosting:
-
1/2 cup unsalted butter(room temperature)
-
3 tablespoon icing sugar
-
2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)
-
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Instructions:

Sieve and combine all dry ingredients (all-purpose flour + moong flour + cocoa powder + brown sugar + baking powder + baking soda + salt )

Add grated zucchini + oil
-
Add ¾ cup hot water gradually
-
Put the batter in a greased container and tap to escape air bubbles
-
Preheat the oven to 350F. Bake for 20 min.

For frosting - combine butter + melted semi-sweet chocolate + cocoa powder + icing sugar

Beat it until frosting turns stiff
-
Add frosting and refrigerate
